Schaller Acura isn't the closest Acura dealer to us, but we are happy we went to them for our certified preowned RDX. The dealership is very professional and friendly, we never felt rushed or pressured throughout the test drive and the negotiations after. Our salesman Mitch Miller was very informative, knew a lot about the vehicle and was a true pleasure to work with. Brian the finance manager was thorough and got everything done very quickly. It was easily the best car buying experience we have had at any dealer, and we would recommend Mitch and Schaller Acura for your next car purchase.
I visited this place three years ago, and although the salesman was helpful, the owner/finance manager displayed extreme arrogance. He didn't want to work with someone with my credit profile (I was in my mid-twenties at the time), provided false information about my payment history, and essentially told me to scram. Fast forward three years, my circumstances have significantly improved. I just leased a new Acura with excellent rates, and I didn't even consider returning to this dealership even though it’s down the street. It's a reminder that situations can change, but the way people make you feel leaves a lasting impression.
Their service is great. Their staff will greet you cordially, whether you buy cars or servicing your cars. They will give most accurate estimate. I bought my car and also used to do servicing. They have have very good lounge where customers can wait , have some coffee. They have very good inventory.
I will definitely buy cars in future.
This is the second car I have purchased from Schaller Acura, once in 2016 and again in 2023. Both experiences were smooth and easy! Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with and I felt that I could trust that he was working in my best interest while, of course, doing his job of selling a car. I did not feel pressured at any time, even when the manager, James, came to talk with me. That is rare in my experience of looking for cars! The Schaller Acura service department is equally as fantastic. I will forever make Schaller Acura my first stop for car buying and service. Mitch was really great. He is a no pressure salesman who helped me find exactly what I wanted. When I had questions I would call or text Mitch and he would get back to me within minutes. On the day I picked my car up he spent a great deal of time helping me learn about all the features, how all the settings worked and he helped me program them to fit my needs.
